How to make a hotel reservation
Online reservation is available here. Please read the instructions on the website carefully. Make sure to make your reservation by May 5, 2010. After that date rooms will not be guaranteed. You will receive a confirmation of your booking by email, to be presented at the hotel upon arrival.
Guarantee/ payment of hotel reservation
Each booking must be guaranteed by a credit card. The credit card will be kept as guarantee for the hotel only. No amount will be charged to it, unless a cancellation of the booking is done (see more details below). The payment of the final total amount due must be paid directly in the hotel upon departure. The hotel will then issue an invoice of this amount directly to the guest. The hotel booking will be confirmed only after receipt of the credit card details.
Cancellation policy
Any change or cancellation of the hotel booking must be sent in writing to Interplan AG. Please note: these cancellation terms are only applicable to individual bookings (cancellation terms for group bookings may differ).
Interplan AG reserves the right to charge the following cancellation fees on the given card:
Cancellation by or before May 5, 2010
A handling fee (EUR 25,-) will be charged.
Cancellation after May 5, 2010
100% of the total amount of the entire booking will be charged unless the cancelled room can be resold. In this case only single nights or just the handling fee (EUR 25,-) is due.
